**Maintenence Joiner**
1. Carry out basic condition checks on internal sides of fire doors, checking for the presence of water

tanks and checking that working carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are

installed..

2. Complete work to a high standard in a

timely manner, working in tenanted and empty properties.

3. Use of PDA will be required, training will be provided as will clothing and PPE.

4. Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard rates

5. Initial six month contract but likely to be extended.

8. Interviews will take place at the council offices
