We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance professional to join our team to support the company’s registration and compliance with ‘Gas safe’, ‘FENSA’, ‘ECA’, ‘NICEIC and will manage Quality Inspection and business compliance arrangements.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Carry out Quality Assurance inspections to ensure high quality and consistency of workmanship within HMS and its contractors, ensuring compliance within scope, specification and building regulations.
- To lead the service delivery by measuring our success through service improvements and efficiencies derived from Quality Assurance inspections completed.
- To be a champion of Quality, HMS process compliance and to provide guidance and best practise to teams and colleagues.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Experienced Construction background preferably in multiple areas of the sector
- Proven experience of operational or customer facing team and driving an excellent customer focused service delivery
- HNC or equivalent in Construction
- Relevant experience working within a large repair and maintenance organisation
- Full UK or EU driving license.
- Must hold experience with the implementation of performance measures, and development of staff though coaching.
- Experienced in implementing new initiatives.
