We are seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join our growing and successful team.
- Craft well-structured and persuasive written content for bid submissions, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and adherence to client requirements. Delivering high-quality proposals within specified timeframes.
- Analyse bid documents, identifying key requirements, and tailoring responses to address specific client needs effectively.
- Conduct research to gather data and evidence to support the bid proposals and enhance the credibility of the submissions.
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop winning strategies and value propositions to differentiate our bids from competitors.
- Continuously improve bid content and templates, updating the repository with the latest and most relevant information.
- Review and edit proposal content submitted by other team members to ensure consistency and alignment with branding and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in bid writing.
- Document examples and case studies from Client Leads and the team, and build a library of bidding collateral.
- Collaborative - working across the whole company
- Persuasive writer - delivering compelling clarity
- Team Player - able to contribute when priorities change

**Requirements**:

- Experience preparing, writing and submitting UK Government CCS framework bids e.g. GCloud, TS3, DOS, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying creative solutions to meet client needs and overcome challenges in bid submissions.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of bid projects from inception to submission, and work in the open with the Digi2al team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all bid documents.
- Comfortable to work under pressure, especially with bidding deadlines and submitting high quality material on time. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Atlassian and bid management software/tools (e.g., Basware, Ariba).
