The shift pattern for this position is 5 over 7.

(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

Are you a skilled clinician who has the passion and energy to provide excellent support to adults impacted by communication and/ or dysphagia in the beautiful area of Inverclyde.

You will work as part of a well established Multi disciplinary community Rehab team, which has great drive and leadership and has fully embraced hybrid ways of working to ensure best care.

You will have experience of realistic medicine in practice and of providing person centred care which makes a real difference for referred individuals.

An exciting part of this role is the quality improvement focus to develop screening, targeted supports, learning, coaching and mentoring to upskill our colleagues in the Health and social care partnership meaning more of our people in Inverclyde can access appropriate supports where they live.

The SLT service in Greater Glasgow and Clyde has a strong commitment to the effective supervision, wellbeing, support and development of all colleagues and you will work within an experienced team of speech and language therapy clinicians across the Health and Social care partnership to develop a network of peer support and practice.

As a clinician with significant experience across a range of adult conditions, you will be familiar with, and practice within, local/ national, policies/ guidelines and care standards

You will be HCPC registered as well as trained, and experienced, at post graduate level in dysphagia,
