As a Support Worker, you will be providing high quality support to people who have varying levels of learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs. You will promote independence and dignity, empowering people to live how they choose. No two days will be the same One moment you could be supporting someone with daily activities they find challenging such as eating or dressing, another you could be helping them to access local community services such as education, parks, cafes, and shops.

You will receive full training and will be supported by other Support Workers in the team as well as our amazing office team. Together we will ensure that people with disabilities receive the best service and support and are able to integrate into their local communities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £8.22-£15.94 per hour

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salisbury, Wiltshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
