Realise Futures is seeking to recruit a Senior Tutor to join our dynamic Learning Coaching and Advice Management Team to develop and further establish Learning in Families Adult Learning provision with partner schools and Family Hubs across Suffolk.

Reporting to the ‘Learning in Families’ Manager the post holder will be passionate about engaging parental involvement in children’s learning and development; have professional expertise in Early Years or Family English, Maths and Language and be an experienced qualified tutor.

We are looking for someone with a proactive and flexible approach, a love of teaching and a solid knowledge of the Primary School Curricula and/or the Early Years.

Key aspects of this role include engaging with partner organisations in setting up provision, supervision of a small number of tutors, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance by undertaking monitoring and feedback within the Quality Assurance cycle.

The post holder will also be working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that the ‘Learning in Families’ offer is disseminated across all divisions of Realise Futures.

Due to the nature of the role access to own transport is essential.
