Due to the growth of the business, our client is currently looking for a Technical Buyer to support existing BoM purchasing and take a leading role in sourcing components and developing suppliers.

Technical Buyer Responsibilities:

- Manage supplier relationships
- Managing continuous supply of PCB components
- Procurement of direct and indirect materials
- Reporting KPIs and other metrics
- Negotiating and cost analysis

Technical Buyer Requirements:

- Degree qualified, Electronics degree preferred
- Experience in developing supplier relationships and procurement
- Proficient in ERP systems
- Great communicator and negotiator
- Manufacturing experience is a must, automotive background is preferred

Based in Malvern, this Technical Buyer position is commutable from Kidderminster, Redditch, Hereford, Worcester, Cheltenham, Evesham and Pershore.
