Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you need to be a 2 years post qualified social worker who is registered with SW England. Previous experience within Mental Health is beneficial and you need to have completed your ASYE. You will ideally have experience inworking within a local authority setting and be able to demonstrate your commitment to effective team working. As a social worker you will need to have: - excellent communication skills; be proficient with using various computer systems and programmes; a goodmanager of time and be able to work under pressure working experience of knowledge of working with adults and older people; experience of safeguarding; and experience of undertaking Mental Capacity Act assessments.
