Bookkeeper

Go Modular Technologies (UK) Limited is seeking a full time Bookkeeper to join its expanding team in Totton, Southampton.

Working at the company factory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for the end to end bookkeeping process of the business, producing timely month end reconciliations in line with the companies monthly VAT Returns.

Working under the Operations Director, your Roles and Responsibilities will include:

- All date entry of Purchase Ledger items, including associated documents and delivery notes
- Bank reconciliations
- Posting Accruals/Prepayments
- Accurate VAT Reporting
- Updating Management Accounts & Job Costing
- Liaising with the Procurement Department
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online software
- Intermediate level of use with Microsoft Excel
- Strong technical understanding of general accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pro-active working practices
- Experience in either a construction or manufacturing environment is preferable, but not essential
