We are seeking an experienced **Service Advisor **on behalf of our Client, a passenger car dealership based in Lewisham, South East London. Our client has a reputation for providing high-quality service to its customers and is looking for an exceptional Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the best possible service when they bring their vehicles in for service or repair. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and controlling the warranty claims and processes. Ensuring accuracy and compliance within manufacturer guidelines. Your role will include supporting the Service department, including dealing with job cards, managing the database and working as part of a team.

In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to accurately use the dealership’s Dealer Management System (DMS). You will also have knowledge of Service/Warranty.
