Starting Salary: Entry level £80,349 can rise to £86,736 additional bonuses also available. Working Pattern: Days (37.5 hours per week, typical hours are 07:30 - 15:40 or 08:10 - 16:20) Location: Sellafield Cumbria.

The role Head of Property is to establish, develop and lead a corporate capability that develops, implements and manages a range of Property solutions to the Sellafield Ltd business.
The Head of Property will:

- Establish, develop, and lead a team of capable people to deliver the Property Services required by the business.
- Manage a team supporting a wider portfolio of diverse and sometimes challenging Property solutions
- Work with key stakeholders across the Sellafield Ltd business (and beyond), in the development of appropriate property strategies and programmes and methods of delivery.
- Develop a broad network both within diverse business areas to leverage and develop capabilities critical to successful delivery of property strategies.
- Be recognised as a Subject Matter Expert in the development and realisation of Property strategies and portfolio asset management solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies based upon demonstrable delivery of fully compliant property solutions
- Work with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Assurance and Governance functions to continuously improve the quality and successful approval of Property solutions Business Cases
- Ensure the effective delivery of the Group Estates Management contract

Decision making & strategic focus
- The role will operate within a complex and changing environment. It will require ensuring that all relevant organisational factors and changes are incorporated within Property strategies and solutions, and that there are clear rationales for preferred options. With business cases ensure the purpose of the Property requirement has been considered and clearly explained, whether that be Strategic, tactical or operational
- The role will ensure that preliminary quality reviews are conducted so all Property solutions will meet the internal and external governance requirements/standards.
- Approve and recommend Property Transactions to ensure aligned with Government Property Agency and institutional best practice.

Stakeholder management & focus
- The role will be responsible for the management and engagement of key stakeholders - The role will be responsible for ensuring that the development of Property strategies and delivery of Property solutions take due account of local political interfaces.- Persuasion of stakeholders to follow the correct methods of defining and fulfilling Property requirements.

Innovating & Improving
- Continually reviewing and improving the Property Services processes to optimize the delivery of Property solutions.

Planning & Organising
- The role will be responsible for managing the provision of Property Services
- Holding key stakeholders to account
