Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. **Property Delivery Coordinator**
**Hull, Chester or Shiregreen, Sheffield - with an anticipated balance of home and office working**
**£25,944 per year**
**35 hours per week**
**12 month secondment opportunity available upon current line management approval**
**The role of Property Delivery Coordinator** **will include:

- Providing support to the senior management team, diary management and organising travel arrangements and bookings
- Reviewing reports, requiring excellent attention to detail is critical
- Liaising with senior stakeholders, reacting promptly and confidently to new requests
- Supporting the team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
- Overseeing the arrangements of meetings including attendance, information preparation, minute taking and follow up administration
- Ordering any equipment for the team and reviewing shopping carts created by the team

**Skills and experiences**:

- Previous experience within an administrative support role is essential
- Experience with working in a fast past environment where multi-tasking has been required
- Ability to keep calm and to remain professional at all times especially when communicating during pressured situations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptable and flexible, being able to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or similar
