Family and unpaid carers make a large and positive contribution to the health and wellbeing of our communities and Shropshire Carers wants to ensure the proper recognition, support and appreciation of every carer in Shropshire.

As a member of our carer support team within Adult Social Care you will contribute to creating a carer friendly community in Shropshire, delivering support and information to family and unpaid carers enabling them to achieve their own outcomes.
