**_Client Background:_**

**_Buyer - Responsibilities:_**
- Procure and schedule the orders of products, materials, and equipment.
- Maximise profits by negotiating the best deals on products.
- Track orders proactively, chasing any outstanding or failed deliveries.
- Monitor and report price changes.
- Maintain a quality relationship with the estimating and contracts teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ensure parts and materials meet quality standards.

**_Skills and Experience_**_:_**

**_ _**
- Experience within Construction Buying
- Experience of managing large volumes of planned projects.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Previously worked with main contractors.
