Our client is looking to recruit a full time Night Concierge based at a prestigious residential development in the heart of Westminster.

The apartments within the building are privately owed and the building prides itself on the high level of service offered to its residents. The main entrance lobby contains a reception desk manned 24-hour a day 365 days a year by a small team of concierge staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greeting the residents when they enter or leave the building.
- Receiving guests and visitors to the building and directing them accordingly.
- Assisting the residents and their guests when requested. For example, helping with shopping, loading and unloading their vehicle or arranging access to the underground car park.
- Maintaining the highest levels of customer care and service and remaining courteous at all times.
- Managing any complaints in an effective manner.
- Maintaining the security of the building including the use of CCTV, being vigilant to any unusual activity in and around the building.
- Taking the correct action should there be an emergency and advising the necessary authorities.
- Responsibility and safekeeping of any incoming mail or parcels and delivering to the residents as required.

You will be working in a small friendly team so it is important that you not only have excellent customer service skills but you are also a good team player.

Personal Requirements:

- Friendly and Courteous
- Good administration skills including basic use of Microsoft Office.
- Good Team Player
- Smart Appearance (Uniform supplied)
- Some flexibility to cover staff sickness or holidays if required.
- Punctual, ready to start your shifts on time.
- The right to legally reside and work in the UK without any restrictions or limitations.
- Good level of English Ability
- No Criminal Convictions

Salary based on a 4 nights on (7pm to 7am), 4 nights off rotating 12 hour shift pattern + occasional overtime + Discretionary Annual Bonus + 20 days Annual Leave - salary paid monthly in arrears.
