As a major visual communications group, we specialise in the creation, design, and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials to an enviable list of well known, big name clients. Our aim is to innovate, progress and evolve our clients’ marketing campaigns to give stand-out in a crowded market.

Delta Creative is the group’s fast paced creative agency and artwork studio division, producing all manner of conceptually driven print and digital materials for clients across the retail, FMCG and entertainment spectrum. They are a team of highly talented, experienced and skilled individuals from a variety of agency backgrounds.

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our dedicated team located in Melksham. The role will be to provide best in class creative solutions, with a strong focus on in-store retail based marketing communications. Briefs can be varied however, so experience of digital and experiential activation would be an advantage. The role will report directly into the Creative Director and would suit an experienced self motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Please note this is a full-time office based role. Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Being a trusted team player who can work closely with our account teams and other internal departments
- Supporting the Creative Director and working proactively under your own initiative to create best in class creative solutions
- Producing well laid out creative response presentations, that take clients on the thought process journey and show your work off to it’s best
- Keeping up to date with client developments and industry trends

**Key Requirements**
- 5+ year’s experience working at a similar level in a creative agency
- Solid all round experience of working in retail based marketing communications, POS & FMCG work
- Expertly know your way around Adobe CC, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Comfortable with being client facing when required
- An ability to work quickly under your own initiative, excel under pressure and be able to multi-task

**Essential Skills**
- Good scamping ability
- Good copy writing / headline writing ability
- Experience of creating 3D designs in Cinema 4D
- Experience of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier
