**Your skills**:

- High level of resilience, ability to work at pace and able to build quick rapport with several different stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Customer focused approach and able to build effective relationships
- Pensions or Reward operations, practises, and legislative requirements
- Renewal of benefits contracts, Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and Fleet
- Wide range of employee benefits, including maintaining and promoting awareness
- HR systems experience and data integrity skillsets, advanced excel skill
- Proven track record of progressive work experience in the field of Benefits (preferably in an international, European and/or multi-site organization)
- Results driven to focus contribution on activities which meet company goals and deliver the greatest value Ability to build strong relations via written and oral communication
- Ability to work well in a team environment and leverage the skills and expertise of colleagues to achieve goals and targets
- Strong working knowledge of IT literacy skills

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the Benefits Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR Shared Services with ensuring we have a benefits strategy that supports Intertek’s employee experience and supports our ambition to become an employer of choice.

**Key activities**:

- Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and expanding our benefits packages and services for all UK based employees
- Developing and implementing a UK wide benefits matrix that ensures equitable pay and benefits in line with internal employee and management levels
- Work in a collaborate manner with wider HR team and finalise best solutions
- Building effective relationship with HR Director to fully understand ask of the UK businesses
- Commercial awareness and building strong relations with suppliers to be cost effective
- Build networks to understand best products on market
- Able to present and produce data to support change and implementation
