STP is collaborating with several companies in the non-profit, telecom and food subscription sectors, adopting a relationship-building strategy to connect clients and customers, helping them generate revenue. Our future Client Services Assistants will lead a team dedicated to promoting our clients' missions to the public.

**Responsibilities for the Client Services Assistant Role**:

- Assist in planning and developing promotional events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement strategies to generate excitement for events.
- Support on-site management, including the setup and coordination of activities.
- Ensure all event-related materials, equipment, and supplies are organized and available as needed.
- Assist with post-event activities, such as evaluating success metrics and creating post-event reports.

**Requirements for the Client Services Position**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
