The schools we work with aim to create a happy, safe and caring environment for all pupils and staff in a friendly and stimulating environment where learning is fun and interesting. You will be working with children with barriers to learning Working across both Primary and Secondary range as a part of an established team, you will be working in a small class sized basis, working 1-2-1 with pupils with SEND including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
The schools provide a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum appropriate to the needs of each child or young person, taught and assessed through individual learning programmes with the aim that every student will achieve their full potential in both academic and personal development.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant you will:
- A strong desire to work with children with special educational needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with students.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience in care work, childcare, or support roles working with SEND
