**The Role - Part Time Evening Cleaner**

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large building, its offices, and meeting rooms based in the **Riverside Park**

We are looking for 2 x Part time cleaners to work **Cleaner 1** shifts are Monday to Friday 5pm -7pm - 10hrs / **Cleaner 2** shifts are Monday to Friday 5pm - 8pm - 15hrs

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting,
- Cleaning toilets facilities
- Cleaning offices and meeting rooms
- Cleaning of the production areas and dining areas
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
- Operate cleaning equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and ride-on machines in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
- Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience with work to tight schedules.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important.
- Transport is essential.
