We are a busy Accident Repair Centre in Mitcham looking for a Receptionist. Applicants should be able to work in a fast paced environment, have a professional telephone manner, be organised, hard working, reliable and passionate.

**They Must have a full clean driving licence that has been held for at least 3 years.**

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 2 half hour breaks

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Answer phones

Load new jobs onto the system and export to other systems

Daily update of our 4 management systems

Give updates to customers and insurance companies

Deal with paperwork for daily collected and delivered vehicles

Create maps & forms for the drivers

Organise drivers pictures

Check in recovered vehicles

Greet onsite customers and check in/out their vehicle
