A world leading, dynamic architectural, engineering and design firm with an international presence are seeking a proactive and career passionate Principal Designer to join one of the best design teams in the UK. This influential design practice has ownershipover some extremely impressive construction projects including well known London landmark buildings, a modern and sleek hospital new build and a well known train station new commercial complex.
As the successful Principal Designer, you will advise the project team members on all aspects of CDM compliance in accordance with current UK legislation, managing a portfolio of projects at various stages for internal and communicating design risk withclient.
**The Successful Principal Designer**
The successful Principal Designer should ideally hold the following:
- NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate as a minimum
- Diploma Level 6 preferred
- Membership of the Association of Project Safety (APS) preferable
- Hold qualification in a design or engineering related discipline desired
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to build good working relationships
