The post holder will work with a patient centred approach as part of a team providing a high quality of service to patients and staff with particular responsibility for managing appointments for a range of complex Radiology procedures, working within local and national KPIs.
Some reception duties.
Managing telephone queries appropriately..
Work on own initiative and knowledge to prioritise and manage the workload and liaise with radiography and medical leads to escalate service pressures.
