If it does, then we have an amazing new role for a Property Inventory Coordinator at an up-and-coming Estate agency, working across their South and Central Birmingham offices.

Joining this developing company as Property Inventory Coordinator, you will be tasked with inspecting all current and potential new properties in the portfolio, feeding back any potential issues and then liaising across different departments in order toensure a smooth resolution process for the client. You will need to have a great eye for detail in order to work across inspections and complete inventories, relaying all relevant information in detailed reports and highlighting any maintenance issues or concerns.Working as part of a wider team, across two offices, you will need to be a confident and friendly individual who is able to build strong working relationships as you will be interacting with a variety of internal and external people on a daily basis.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be able to effectively manage your time, as you will be out and about visiting different locations in the Birmingham area and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales. This means that having a validUK driving license and access to a car is essential, while having knowledge of the central and South Birmingham area would be beneficial. Target driven, keen to excel, with bags of enthusiasm and initiative, you will be excited to embrace this new challengeand be willing to work across departments to best support the needs of the business and your team.

Having at least 1 years’ worth of previous experience working within an estate agency, or the wider property sector will be crucial, while being ARLA trained/qualified is preferable. You will be confident speaking in a professional manner and have excellentcommunication skills to develop long-term relationships with clients, as well as all internal team members. Being able to work efficiently in a busy office environment as well as out in the field interacting with the public will be critical.
