- **Housekeeping**:

- Perform regular cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen, and other living spaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Organize and tidy up rooms, closets, and common areas.
- Manage laundry including washing, folding, and ironing clothes as needed.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform when restocking is required.
- **House Sitting**:

- Stay overnight at the residence when the family is away for extended periods.
- Ensure the security and safety of the property.
- Collect mail and newspapers.
- Water indoor plants and garden as needed.
- Perform light maintenance tasks if necessary (e.g., changing light bulbs).
- **Dog Sitting**:

- Provide care and companionship to the family dog(s) during house sitting periods.
- Feed, walk, and exercise the dog according to their routine.
- Administer medications if required (if trained and specified by the family).
- Maintain cleanliness in the dog's living area and clean up after them.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role with references.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle occasional house and dog sitting responsibilities.
- Comfortable with dogs and able to provide basic care and supervision.
- Non-smoker preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

**Schedule**:

- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Occasional flexibility required for house and dog sitting during evenings or weekends, with advance notice.
