An established, market leading independent Estate Agency requires a high calibre **Senior Lettings Negotiator**to join their flourishing team. Our clients concentrate on providing professional services with a fresh approach to friendly and efficient client care. With this in mind, the key to their success is undoubtedly thestaff they employ.

**Senior Lettings Negotiator - Duties**:

- To assist Head of Lettings in running the department, especially in his absence
- Must be able to demonstrate experience in motivating a team of negotiators whilst still consistently achieving own deal targets
- Must be able to desktop value
- Must have 2 years+ lettings experience
- Updating available properties on a daily basis
- Qualifying tenant enquiries
- Booking and attending viewings
- Agreeing tenancy contracts
- Checking tenants in and out of properties
- Other associated lettings related duties

**Senior Lettings Negotiator - Required Skills**:

- An excellent communicator
- Self motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Committed to meeting deadlines and targets
- Computer literate
- Ideally qualified in NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 or the equivalent
