**Job Title**: Internal Recruitment Consultant

**Responsible to**: Operations Director

**Location**: Company Wide. Regular National Travel will be required at the Centres and Offices

**Based**: Bank Office - London

Internal Recruitment Consultant

**Role Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Job Placement
- Work with our Centre Managers and Operational Team to source suitable jobs at the Construction Centre (wider development) and wider job opportunities in the Construction sector.
- Work in conjunction with our sales and operational teams to identify and help support the recruitment requirements of our clients and partners
- Support at networking or client meetings.
- Develop and improve the internal process and procedures.
- Support our Contracts Managers with the recording and reporting of job outcomes and progression.
- Develop and maintain a tracking system to ensure KPI are recorded in relation to job sustainability and outcomes

Internal Recruitment
- Support internal recruitment initiatives when required.
- Support the People and Talent Manager with the Internal training and development specifically our Internal Teacher Training programme.

Employer Branding and Networking
- Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand of The Skills Centre
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to attract top talent and expand our talent pool.

Recruitment Process Improvement
- Continuously analyze and improve the recruitment process, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Any other duties commensurate within the role

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably within the construction industry or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in the FE sector
- A good understanding of the construction industry
- Experience of building and maintaining a CRM system
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- A passion for identifying and developing talent, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Level 3 or above training in a Recruitment, Human Resources, or a relevant field (Desirable)

The Skills Centre is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and safeguarding checks will take place. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the exemption order 1975,2013,2020 and an enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for the role.
