**Skills required for Automation Engineer**:

- Automation engineer
- Electrical engineering or maintenance qualification
- Able to program PLC's
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and maintenance skills
- Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance
- Continuous improvement experience
- PLC fault finding, modifying
