Pack & Despatch Team Leader duties:

- Ensure all goods/orders are processed in line with the company Key Performance Indicators
- Achieving work targets by supporting and effectively motivating and utilising the team
- Controlling and allocating work, monitoring and informing management of progress.
- Ensure all activities are completed within the required timeline to meet internal or external customer demands.
- Ensure that all team targets are met with optimum efficiency and drive improvement through Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and Health & Safety procedures.
- Responsibility for following inventory control procedures.
- Quality Control
