Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for increasing our customers database, promoting all plant and access equipment for hire, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience within the Plant Hire / Powered Access industry essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deal with customers and provide assistance in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product features
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Upsell additional products or services to increase revenue
- Focus on developing existing customer base

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the Plant Hire / Powered Access Industry
- Strong selling skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer enquiries over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
