We are looking for a Logistics Driver / Picker to join the Building Services team on a fixed term contract until April 2023. You will work as part of the Logistics team to support Incommunities in delivering an outstanding repairs and maintenance service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Fulfilling deliveries and multi drops of materials to our trade operatives and customers using one of our commercial transit vans
- Other van based tasks including collecting trade materials from third party merchants, collecting small amount of trade waste from trade operatives, and other tasks as deemed necessary throughout the day
- Safe loading and unloading of delivery vans
- Working within a warehouse environment to pick stock orders using our electronic picking guns
- Perform other warehouse related tasks including but not limited to, putting away stock deliveries, assist in ongoing inventory counts and to clean and tidy the warehouse
- Contribute to an environment of strong customer focus and excellence in operational performance amongst the Logistics service
- Maintain strong communication throughout your working day with all necessary parties and follow operational policies and procedures
- Follow and uphold health & safety policies and standards relevant to the Logistics Service
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as deemed necessary by Logistics and / or Building Services management teams

**Requirements**:

- Full driving licence and competency driving a commercial transit van
- Basic literacy and numerical skills
- Ability to carry out physical tasks involving frequent bending, kneeling, lifting and stretching on a regular basis
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance desirable
- Willingness to wear PPE safety clothing and boots as required (we will provide these)
- Ability to utilise I.T equipment such as mobile phones, tablets and the software contained therein
