Van Driver

**ONGOING WORK**

**ASAP START**
- **Pay: £13.50 per hour **(inclusive of holiday pay)

**Shifts patterns**:

- Mon - Sun
- 5 days out of 7
- Shift times: 07.00 - 17.00 or 13: 00 - 10:30

**Duration of assignment**:

- Ongoing temp - perm

**Skills**:

- Must have driven a 3.5t vehicle for any period of time within the last 6 months Heavy lifting

**Qualifications**:

- **UK B (car/van) license**:

- Must have held a valid licence for a minimum of 12 months (no more than 6 points on licence for minor offences)
- Basic DBS is required/ DBS in progress (Can start work as long as DBS is in progress)

**Main duties**:

- Loading the van for deliveries at the start of the shift using a handheld app to follow delivery patterns
- Preparing and safely operating a vehicle for majority of the shift
- Lifting heavy goods and delivering all items accurately within an agreed timescale

**Uniform Requirements**:

- Black t-shirt/polo, dark colour trousers and safety boots (no trainers) and High viz

**Inductions process**:
All new drivers must complete an induction before their first shift
- Full time, asap, delivery driver, 3.5 tonne, van driver_
