**The Role**:
**The Day to Day**
Your day to day work will include:

- Undertaking data administration
- Creating promotional materials utilising brand templates
- Administer bookings/registrations at events
- Copywriting
- Website content reviews and administration/updating
- Coordinate lawyer attendance at third party events and engagement with various marketing activities
- Event administration
- Market and competitor research
- Coordinate third party gifting
- Attending firm organised events to assist with set-up/ take-down/ greeting/ organisation
- Attending sponsored/third-party events to assist with set-up/ take-down/ greeting/ organisation
- Creating digital assets for digital advertising and social media use
- Manage production/updating of regular digital marketing reports (data)
- Marketing Department electronic diary management - meetings/events
- Coordinate and manage stocks of branded materials across offices
- Assisting with digital campaign management
- Adhoc duties as required

**What Skills, attributes and qualifications should I have?**

You should also have the following skills and attributes:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident phone manner
- Be self-motivated
- Have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Be highly organised and able to manage priorities effectively

**Who will I be working with?**

The Marketing Apprentice will work closest with the firm’s Marketing Executive and Digital Marketing Manager, as well as wider members of the Marketing Department. In addition to members of the Marketing Department, you will be regularly engaging with colleagues at all levels across the firm.
