**Location of Vacancy**:Face to face delivery in Bristol and West of England area (Home based but able to drive to different locations)

**Salary**:£30,000 - £30,500 per annum

**Hours**:Full time - 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**

The Employment Coach will manage a caseload of participants and identify Training and Employment opportunities for your clients in Bristol and the West of England area. You will also support the overall delivery of the project.

You will work with a caseload of people with learning difficulties, learning disabilities and or neuro-diversity. You will have the skills to quickly build effective relationships which will enable you to co-produce a meaningful action plan. You will then support the participant using coaching techniques to move forward towards employment. You will be identifying and promoting opportunities you have identified to your caseload, matching the customers to job roles and placements and ensuring their sustainability for the duration of the tracking period.

**Accountabilities**
- Generate new employer relationships through on-going business development
- Establish effective working relationships with each participant
- Support participants to overcome barriers and progress in to work within the tracking period
- Manage participant appointment times (if appropriate) and venues to ensure the best possible use of time and resources
- Ensure that evidence is sourced and submitted to Head Office as quickly as possible to ensure timely invoicing
- Meet agreed targets, and provide management information to support performance expectations
- Establish robust relationships with local employers, maintaining an accurate record of leads that can be accessed by the Programme Manager
- Continue to manage any potential issues which arise with the employer and participant
- Attend meetings / seminars to promote Motiv-8SW as appropriate to your role; determined by the Programme Manager.
- Any other duties as required.

**Relationship Management**
- Able to establish new relationships via a range of techniques (though not limited to): cold
- calling, personal visits, following up leads, and working with existing employer links
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders including Motiv-8 SW Coaches, JCP Work Coaches, and the other team members including the Programme Manager and Office Manager
- Committed to understanding customer aspirations, supporting their needs and progressing their careers.
