SQL Application Analyst

As the SQL Application Analyst, no two days will be the same, you will work across a number of teams within the business providing 3rd line support, giving you the opportunity to gain knowledge across multiple systems.

This opportunity is great for someone who is really looking for a challenge, someone with excellent communication skills who is able to deal with difficult and sometimes complex problems.

You will be working closely with core IT Operations and third party support / vendors taking ownership of incidents and problems through to resolution along with continual service improvement and quality management. Liaising with both on premise and 3rdparty stakeholders.

The Senior Engineer will:

- Take ownership of incidents, problems and other requests
- Monitor incidents and changes working with the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Progress requests for support keeping stakeholders updated
- Ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLA’s
- Undertake documentation
- Develop plans for installation and commissioning
- Problem solving and analysis

**Skills**:

- CRM Applications support - SQL, Oracle
- Store procedures
- Understanding of PL/SQL
- MI
- SAS Applications
- Knowledge of Agile and Devops best practice is beneficial
- Solutions driven
- Azure would be highly beneficial for this role
- SQL, PowerBI, SSRS
