We are currently in search of a diligent and experienced **Accounts Administrator** to join our team on a full-time basis. The Accounts Administrator will be entrusted with maintaining precise financial records, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and providing invaluable administrative support to our esteemed finance department.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Issue Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Process and pay employees' expenses
- Keep employee time sheet, holiday records etc
- Monthly journal entries as required
- Bank Reconciliations
- Filing of VAT returns - knowing chargeable and non-chargeable items and rates
- Update TechMan software with, Car, material, labour, and stock movements (training will be provided)
- Send statement of account / Chase payments / resolve queries if any
- Previous excel spreadsheet knowledge and skill
- Previously XERO / SAGE knowledge
- Assist with creditors and debtors, ordering parts.
- Day to Day responsibility for all ledger CB/PL/SL/NL
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounts administration role
- Accounts graduate or AAT qualification, or equivalent practical experience
- Thorough understanding of double-entry basic bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential
- Sincere, dedicated, hardworking with an exceptional attention to detail and possesses strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
