**Marketing and Communications Assistant**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting our marketing and communications efforts, with a focus on promoting our waste management business to potential customers and stakeholders.

**The Pay**:

- Salary between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

**Your responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, reels, and presentations
- Support the planning and execution of events.
- Manage and update our website and social media accounts
- Assist in the creation of internal communications, including employee newsletters and announcements
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels

**What we need from you**:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite and canva
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics
- Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus
