**We have a brilliant opportunity to join a large, growing Electrical - Mechanical engineering firm as a Business Admin Apprentice.**:
As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will be responsible for answering calls, ordering stock, filling, scheduling appointments and so much more
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Meet and greet (Clients/customers)
- Answer all telephone calls.
- Scheduling appointments
- Take in any deliveries.
- Setting up purchase orders
- Ordering of stationery
- Filing / Scanning
- Index dating
- Maintaining organised files
- Typing up NICIE Certificates/Training will be provided
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**:
