**What you will do as a Colleague Restaurant Team Leader**
- You will oversee the daily operations of our Colleague Restaurant
- You will have a welcoming personality and have the upmost care for our Colleagues to ensure they have a great breakfast, lunch or dinner
- You will have a basic knowledge of Food Hygiene and ensure to follow this up
- Work closely with Kitchen team to ensure dishes are to a high consistent standard
- Work closely with Stewarding team to ensure back of house areas are to of a high standard
- Ensure Colleague Restaurant is well looked after and kept clean and tidy
- Ensure your department reflects a strong representation of the Andaz Brand
- You will be available to work weekends and evenings
- Anticipate and report any shortage of food to the Culinary department
- Set up breakfast buffet (Sandwiches, Fruits, Cereal, Bread & butter, Oranges)
- Make sure all the foods are cover and labeled with used by date
