Park Supervisor

A Regency park bungalow defines high end living in a welcoming, secure community that allows residents to enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle in which to enjoy the finer aspects of life.
- Directing the grounds and maintenance teams in ensuring that communal areas of the park are immaculately maintained and that maintenance jobs are allocated and completed on time.
- Working alongside our Health and Safety Manager to ensure that the park meets and exceeds all its Health and Safety obligations including the implementation of policies, procedures and testing.
- Selecting new starter, training, motivating and developing existing staff by leading by example and taking a practical "hands on" approach.
- Support the sales department and aftersales team with the handover of new homes to residents.
- Providing practical and workable solutions to enquiries, calls and problems raised by residence in accordance with Regency Living standards, site licence rules, complaints procedure and the Mobile Homes Act.
- Completion of weekly/monthly Park Supervisor reports.

A level of physical fitness is required of all our Park Supervisors as is a high degree of numeracy, literacy and commitment to customer service.
