Our Business Unit Data Manager has produced a globally recognized quality standard in the spare parts market with the TecDoc catalogue. This makes TecAlliance the market leader in Europe and is expanding all over the world. Your BU lead Jürgen Mehlis (EVP Data Manager Products) and his team of 25 plus colleagues are excited to welcome you. This role is focused on leading and supporting the adoption of Agile methodologies within an organization, ensuring teams are coached, collaboration is promoted, continuous improvement is driven, and stakeholders are educated to enhance overall project delivery and organizational agility.

**Your tasks**:
**Lead Agile Adoption and Coach Teams**:Drive Agile adoption while coaching teams on Agile practices.

**Facilitate Scrum Events and Remove Impediments**: Organize Scrum events and promptly address impediments to productivity.

**Promote Collaboration and Monitor Progress**: Foster collaboration while monitoring team progress closely.

**Drive Continuous Improvement and Engage Stakeholders**: Initiate improvement initiatives and actively engage stakeholders.

**Educate Stakeholders and Stay Updated**: Educate on Agile principles while staying updated on industry trends.

**Furthermore**:
**Experience**:profound Agile project management experience, leading teams and delivering projects in dynamic environments.

**Certifications**:Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications preferred, showcasing a strong understanding of Agile principles.

**Deep Understanding of Agile**: Solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP), adept at adapting practices for various teams and projects.
