**Job Summary**:
By joining our BV Construction group, you will have the ability to develop and enhance your skills in an on-site, hands-on environment. Functions in our group include safety, project field management, construction management, quality control, start up and decommissioning and field engineering.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the flow of documentation within the project organization
- Type reports, archive files and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation
- Distribute project-related copies to teams and Client as needed
- File documents in physical and/or digital records
- Collect and register all documents such as drawings in the company’s system
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and Client
- Support the company procedures by maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents
- Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access
- Performs general clerical duties as assigned

No prior experience necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
**Work Environment/Physical Demands**:
- Normal office environment. Extended periods of monitor viewing. Stooping, crouching, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, turning pages, typing and writing. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Work involves sitting for extended periods of time.
