The role of the Learning Mentor will be to build upon existing good practice in supporting apprentices across the programme, improving our already excellent retention, achievement, attendance, apprentice satisfaction and employer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Heads of Studies, you will play a key role in supporting the progress of apprentices. You will be passionate about providing support and have the ability to quickly establish a strong rapport with their students, removing any barriers to learning whilst supporting maximum academic performance and improving resilience.

You will have a successful, proven track record of working to transform outcomes for apprentices with the ability to demonstrate the skills to motivate and inspire them. In addition to this, it is essential to have the ability to accurately interpret key data and set meaningful SMART targets. Flexibility to work with a caseload of apprentices from across the programme, excellent communication, organisation and time management skills are essential.
