Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes - Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Manage office budgets and expenses - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Proven experience in team management and office administration - Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in supervising staff members is preferred Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
