The role
Telesales Executive
The Telesales Executive should be motivated, highly driven and passionate about sales. You will be target driven, enthusiastic and have the ability to perform well under pressure.
As the Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to build rapport quickly, and you will continue with building these strong working relationships throughout the sales process. There will be the requirement to manage your own pipelineand leads, and manage your relationships with your customers by maintaining contact when arranged.
Other duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers following up on warm leads
- Take inbound calls from customers to answer enquiries on setting up a new policy
- Accurately cover all compliance and regulatory statements when discussing policies
- Accurately question and note all medical questions and answers
- Provide accurate information in a non-advisory capacity
- Manage your own pipeline
- Cross and Up-sell where appropriate
- Answering queries with regards to private medical healthcare cover
- Providing excellent customer service at all points in the sale
In return for the above, you will receive:

- Base salary of £23k
- Earning potential of £32k in your first year
- OTE £45k - £50k
- Monday to Friday working week
- Shifts are on a weekly basis of 8am - 4pm and 9am - 5pm, with 1 backshift each week of 1pm - 9pm
- Hybrid working
- Sales incentives, including an annual incentive for a paid holiday to places such as the Bahamas
- Enhanced pension contributions

About you
You will have a proven track record within a sales environment for at least 3 years, with the ability to cross and upsell where appropriate. Building relationships is key, so you will also have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
You will also have:

- Strong negotiating skills
- The ability to overcome objections
- Strong customer focus and problem solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload
- The ability to work as part of a successful team
