What will your role be like?
- The role includes managing the ICT Team and interacting/coordinating with the customers, their key stakeholders, and end users, and solving their problems and queries with the Support Team
- Line Manage the ICT Team
- Deputise for the ICT Team management in the event of absence.
- Speaking with existing customers on their IT requirements and passing them to the Sales/Sales Director/MD
- Manage the ICT Team in managing and marinating the customer's IT Estate
- Making sure that the ICT Team is constantly updating their knowledge to support a wide range of software.
- Assist with the management in all related services support aspects.
- Preparing and making Managed Service - ASR [Advanced Service Report] report.
- Managing customer meetings and conducting monthly/quarterly ASR meetings with the customers.

- You will also be eligible for certain training programs and boot camps with the company’s OEM Partners like DELL, CISCO Meraki, Microsoft, SOC teams etc.
