Assistant Warden/gardener

Assistant Warden/Groundsman required for a beautiful lodge park in Whitstone, near Bude.

The position is available with immediate effect.The position is for 30 Hours per week,

You will be required to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Fridays ( this includes Bank Holidays ) Hours of work are 9am - 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.

Additional hours are available throughout the year, as you will also be required to cover staff holidays ( which are mutually agreed between you )

Your duties will include but are not limited to : Grass cutting, strimming, weeding, general grounds maintenance ensuring the park grass areas, flower beds and roads are kept clear & tidy. Cleaning and testing Hot Tubs. General maintenance within the lodges, so basic experience/knowledge of plumbing, boilers/heating would be an advantage. Training will be provided.

You will come into contact with our holiday guests and lodge owners, so you must be courteous and pleasant at all times. We have a small, friendly team here who all work hard together to ensure that everyone staying on the park has a pleasant experience.

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
