This role is crucial in providing support to the pricing team to deliver the UK and EU pricing strategies and enable the business to achieve its objectives through dynamic pricing

This is based in our North London Head Office.

Key Accountabilities
- Working on routine price system changes and ensure accuracy, testing and validation
- Working closely with IT, streamline the set-up process and improve the accuracy of all pricing systems.
- Provide support with organisational changes initiatives and acquisitions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. E.g. Supporting the design, development, automation and implementation of Excel or Tableau based pricing/commercial finance tools
- Providing sound financial analysis to influence key decision makers and robust challenge to a variety of stakeholders, share information of the Commercial Finance team strategies with business teams E.g. OPS team, Property Team, Marketing team
- Lead various Commercial projects/initiatives, both planned and ad-hoc, ensuring fit for purpose for UK and European territories
- Lead on communication with OPS leader and weekly meetings, engaging OPS team to thrive performance
- Always show initiatives in revenue and EBITDA optimization and contribute to the development of Pricing strategy
- Strong interpersonal skill and be able to influence senior financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Understand the urgency and importance of pricing actions or commercial decisions, ensure OPS team get the best support.

Experience & skills required
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in either Maths, Data Science or Economics or similar areas.
- Part qualified and working towards CIMA qualification, ideal managerial level or above.
- Advanced Excel, VBA, or SQL skills, including the ability to construct accurate bespoke complex financial modelling, working with large forms of data and complex formulas in template-based and bespoke pricing will be highly desired
- Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical, questioning, reasoning and decision-making skills, coupled with a strong appreciation for the business impact of decisions made.
- A background in a pricing/commercial role, preferably global in scope will be a distinct advantage
