This role supports the MOD Housing contract which covers 14,000 properties in Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford in Salisbury. This role will be working on the reactive and void properties to ensure that they are completed to a high standard.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team of trades in Wiltshire. While an NVQ L2 qualification would be desirable, it is not essential. If you have painting experience, a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, we’d like to hear from you

**Please note, this role requires travel, so we can only consider applicants with a full UK driving licence.**

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Carrying out internal and external painting
- Prepping surfaces prior to painting (filling, sanding, etc)
- Minor repairs to walls and ceilings
- Inspecting work to ensure standards are met
