Swim Coordinator

The S4Swim network are looking for a Swim Coordinator, to oversee the Learn-to-swim program operating out of Leicester.

Potential applicants would need to demonstrate the following skills:
Good organisational skills and time management

Good communication skills, with adults and children

Understanding of company philosophy/group structure

Appropriate level of swimming technical knowledge

Enough computer knowledge to use the online database when needed

You will be joining our ever-expanding S4 family.

Opportunities for growth and development include mentoring and support from the program director, as well as increased hours as the Learn-to-swim program expands.

Location: West Gate School (Thu, 18:15 - 19:45)

Location: The Winstanley School (Sun, 15:00 - 17:30)

Position Status: Employed

Salary Range: £20.00 - £22.50 (dependant on session performance)

Part-time hours: 4.5 per week

**Salary**: From £20.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Level 2 Swim Teaching Certificate & Lifeguard Qualification (required)
